Privacy notice for enquiries

This notice explains how NA-ME Endüstri Ürünleri Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş. handles personal information when you use namecomposites.com, send an enquiry or choose optional analytics. Updated 9 September 2026.

Controller and contact details

The controller is NA-ME Endüstri Ürünleri Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş., trading on this site as NA-ME Composites. Address: İvedik Organize Sanayi Bölgesi, 1539. Cadde No:9, Yenimahalle, 06378 Ankara/ TÜRKİYE. Privacy enquiries: na-me@na-me.com.tr or +90 312 395 14 96.

Information we receive

The enquiry form may include your name, company, email address, destination, application, selected product and variant, quantity, unit, project description and additional technical requirements. Some information is needed so that we can understand and answer the enquiry; other information is optional. The form accepts optional attachments in PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP format, up to three files and 8 MB per file; attachments are not stored permanently, but are sent with the enquiry email and deleted from the server immediately after sending. The form does not request payment-card information, and you should not upload confidential documents or include sensitive personal details.

You review the form in your browser. Information reaches the site only when you choose to send it, and is transmitted by HTTPS to the NA-ME sales inbox. The website does not keep a database containing the full enquiry. Email records and hosting or security logs may nevertheless contain information connected with the submission.

Why we use the information

NA-ME sales uses the information to review technical requirements, prepare and reply to quotations, correspond with you and follow up the enquiry. When you are seeking a contract personally, the basis may be steps taken at your request before a contract. When you contact us for an organisation, the basis may be our legitimate business interests in answering business correspondence, preparing a quotation and protecting the service, subject to your rights. We also use information where an applicable legal duty or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims requires it.

The acknowledgement beside the send button confirms that you have read this notice; it is not consent to marketing. The form does not subscribe you to marketing, and we do not use the enquiry for a decision made solely by automated means that has legal or similarly significant effects. Optional analytics has a separate consent choice.

Who processes information and where

Enquiries go to NA-ME sales. They are not sent to a CRM or distributed to dealers or other companies for sales handling. WPX provides the website hosting and email infrastructure needed to operate the service and may process associated information in that role. Information may also need to be used or disclosed when required by law or for legal claims.

The website and email services are configured on WPX servers in the United Kingdom, while NA-ME sales accesses enquiries in Türkiye. Information may therefore be processed in both countries. International-transfer requirements and measures depend on the law that applies; contact us if you would like information relevant to your enquiry.

Essential functions and temporary page counts

Language selection and essential security or session functions may use browser storage or cookies needed for the site to work. Social-media links are ordinary outbound links rather than embedded social feeds; a linked site applies its own privacy terms once you leave this site.

Optional measurement uses Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement, so that we can see which pages help visitors and how our advertising performs. Nothing is loaded until you accept: under Google Consent Mode the analytics storage, advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalisation signals remain denied, no Google tag runs and no Google cookie is written. Your choice is stored in your browser for 180 days and can be changed or withdrawn at any time with the Cookie settings button at the foot of every page. Measurement information is transmitted to Google and processed under the terms Google applies; event data in the Google Analytics property is kept for 14 months. Advertising use covers conversion measurement, which records that an enquiry or a site visit followed a Google ad, and remarketing lists that allow later advertising to reach visitors who have already seen the site; personalisation of that advertising is switched on only by your consent. Google Analytics also uses Google signals. If you decline, no Google advertising tag is loaded and no advertising cookie is written, and measurement is limited to the aggregated, cookie-free page counts described in this section.

LinkedIn measurement — 13 September 2026

With your renewed consent, Google Tag Manager also loads LinkedIn Insight for advertising measurement and website-visitor retargeting. LinkedIn can receive page URLs, referrers, IP addresses, browser/device information, timestamps and cookie or advertising identifiers. Our enquiry conversion records a successfully accepted enquiry, not just a button click; our conversion payload does not include the form’s name, email, telephone, message or attachment. We keep a short-lived random event identifier in session storage to limit duplicate reporting. Accept or decline through the same cookie panel used for Google, and withdraw through Cookie settings. Previous choices made before LinkedIn was included are not reused: the panel asks again, and optional Google and LinkedIn tags remain unloaded until you accept. Refusal does not prevent an enquiry. For LinkedIn’s processing and cookie lifetimes, see its Privacy Policy and Cookie Table. Withdrawing stops subsequent loading; cookies on LinkedIn’s own domains are controlled by LinkedIn and your browser.

Meta Pixel — 2026-09-13

Meta Pixel is also loaded through Google Tag Manager only after the same renewed consent. It measures page visits, contact-link clicks and successfully accepted enquiries, and supports retargeting. A WhatsApp, telephone or email click is not proof of a completed conversation. Our event payload does not include form text or contact details. Meta may receive page addresses, IP/browser information and cookie identifiers. We do not enable automatic advanced matching or server-side Conversions API in this installation. You can decline or withdraw through Cookie settings.

Meta Privacy Policy · Meta Cookie Policy

A first-party counter records only total page views grouped by UTC date, page and language for 90 days. It uses no analytics cookies, browser storage or visitor identifiers, and does not store IP addresses, referrers, URL query strings or enquiry contents. It does not identify unique visitors; refreshes and automated browsers may increase totals. The hosting provider receives ordinary network requests and may maintain separate operational or security logs.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry emails and related correspondence while the enquiry is active and for the follow-up needed to answer it. Afterwards, we retain information only while it is needed for necessary commercial records, applicable statutory duties, or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Records connected with an order or accounting may follow different duties. Hosting, security and anti-abuse information is kept only as long as needed to operate and protect the service or investigate an issue. These criteria can lead to different periods depending on the enquiry and the law that applies.

Your rights and requests

Depending on the law that applies and the circumstances, you may have rights to obtain information and access, correct inaccurate information, request deletion or restriction, object to processing, receive portable information, and withdraw analytics consent. Some rights have conditions or exceptions. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity and protect your information before responding.

Send a request to na-me@na-me.com.tr. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK), or, where the GDPR applies, to the competent supervisory authority in your country.

Optional YouTube video

The About and Why NA-ME pages offer an optional video from our official YouTube channel. The YouTube player is loaded only when you choose to play it. YouTube may then receive your IP address, device information and playback activity and process them under its own privacy policy.
