Information we receive

The enquiry form may include your name, company, email address, destination, application, selected product and variant, quantity, unit, project description and additional technical requirements. Some information is needed so that we can understand and answer the enquiry; other information is optional. The form does not request file uploads or payment-card information, and you should not include sensitive personal details.

You review the form in your browser. Information reaches the site only when you choose to send it, and is transmitted by HTTPS to the NA-ME sales inbox. The website does not keep a database containing the full enquiry. Email records and hosting or security logs may nevertheless contain information connected with the submission.

Why we use the information

NA-ME sales uses the information to review technical requirements, prepare and reply to quotations, correspond with you and follow up the enquiry. When you are seeking a contract personally, the basis may be steps taken at your request before a contract. When you contact us for an organisation, the basis may be our legitimate business interests in answering business correspondence, preparing a quotation and protecting the service, subject to your rights. We also use information where an applicable legal duty or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims requires it.

The acknowledgement beside the send button confirms that you have read this notice; it is not consent to marketing. The form does not subscribe you to marketing, and we do not use the enquiry for a decision made solely by automated means that has legal or similarly significant effects. Optional analytics has a separate consent choice.

Who processes information and where

Enquiries go to NA-ME sales. They are not sent to a CRM or distributed to dealers or other companies for sales handling. WPX provides the website hosting and email infrastructure needed to operate the service and may process associated information in that role. Information may also need to be used or disclosed when required by law or for legal claims.

The website and email services are configured on WPX servers in the United Kingdom, while NA-ME sales accesses enquiries in Türkiye. Information may therefore be processed in both countries. International-transfer requirements and measures depend on the law that applies; contact us if you would like information relevant to your enquiry.

Essential functions and optional analytics

Language selection and essential security or session functions may use browser storage or cookies needed for the site to work. Social-media links are ordinary outbound links rather than embedded social feeds; a linked site applies its own privacy terms once you leave this site.

Google Analytics 4 is operated through Google Tag Manager only after you actively accept analytics. Before that choice, no Google analytics script or analytics cookie loads. If accepted, Google may process online identifiers, cookie identifiers, device and browser information, pages visited and interactions such as scrolls, downloads and outbound-link clicks. The site also records that an enquiry was accepted for sending, but does not send the form's contact details or free text with that event. Advertising tags, Google Signals and remarketing are not used for this setup.

Your analytics choice is stored in your browser for 180 days. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer and change it at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics, clears this site's accessible Google Analytics cookies and does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry emails and related correspondence while the enquiry is active and for the follow-up needed to answer it. Afterwards, we retain information only while it is needed for necessary commercial records, applicable statutory duties, or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Records connected with an order or accounting may follow different duties. Hosting, security and anti-abuse information is kept only as long as needed to operate and protect the service or investigate an issue. These criteria can lead to different periods depending on the enquiry and the law that applies.

Your rights and requests

Depending on the law that applies and the circumstances, you may have rights to obtain information and access, correct inaccurate information, request deletion or restriction, object to processing, receive portable information, and withdraw analytics consent. Some rights have conditions or exceptions. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity and protect your information before responding.

The About and Why NA-ME pages offer an optional video from our official YouTube channel. The YouTube player is loaded only when you choose to play it. YouTube may then receive your IP address, device information and playback activity and process them under its own privacy policy.
