GRP grating sizes and mesh options
Start with the required finished panel size, then compare mesh, height and mould dimensions. The table preserves individual mould references because a product code can occur against more than one mould.
Verified mould and panel dimensions
All dimensions are in millimetres. These are the reviewed mould entries from the R8 product workbook, not a load table. The IK reference identifies the particular entry; include it with the product code when enquiring. Small differences between entries are retained rather than rounded away.

Turn a panel dimension into a usable layout
Measure the supporting structure and identify the clear span, bearing edges and finished floor level. A full mould size does not establish the unsupported span that a grating can carry. Cut-outs, access openings and joints may change the support arrangement. Include a simple panel schedule with finished width and length, quantity and any direction that must be maintained.
Mesh labels describe the catalogue configuration. Confirm the clear opening where heel access, small objects, drainage or equipment wheels matter. A nominal mesh dimension alone does not establish accessibility or slip performance.
Specify the complete grating
Choose the surface and resin alongside the geometry. Describe wetting, cleaning chemicals, temperature, pedestrian access, equipment traffic and any fire requirement. Load and deflection information should relate to the actual product and span. Fixings and supporting steelwork or GRP profiles need a coordinated detail.
Send the mould reference, code, finished dimensions, quantity, destination and intended use to obtain a product-specific proposal. A dimensional match is the beginning of selection, not approval of an installation.
