The family prefixes below come from the reviewed profile summary. They identify a product family, not a structural capacity or a resin specification. Confirm the exact section and material for your application.

Design the section and connections together
A section must be checked for its actual span, loading, restraint and orientation. Connection geometry can govern a design even when the main member appears adequate. Provide hole locations, bearing details, edge distances and any connection to steel or concrete.
Do not substitute a GRP profile for a steel member solely because the external dimensions match. Material stiffness, directional properties, local stresses and long-term service conditions require assessment for the selected profile.
What to include in an enquiry
State the family, external dimensions, wall dimensions where relevant, finished length, number of pieces and destination. Add the structural use, exposure, colour preference and fire requirements. If the section is part of a platform or access system, include its relationship to the grating and handrail arrangement.
